The classic of references and pioneers continues to grow in the Valencia Cup Girls with the help of Teika
The international women's grassroots soccer tournament, which will be held between March 28 and 31 in the city of Turia, will hold its 'All Star' match on Saturday the 30th.
From the very birth of the Valencia Cup Girls, it was always crystal clear that the essence would be in promoting an international grassroots soccer tournament among girls and adolescents while at the same time valuing and making visible and honoring the soccer players who fought for decades and over the years. This has always been the case and the party of leaders and pioneers continues to grow. So in the fourth edition of the Valencia Cup Girls the meeting and recognition of References will be part of it with the support and drive of Teika.
The international women's grassroots soccer tournament will take place next Easter, between January 28 and 31, in the city of Turia and this special 'All Star' match will be played on Saturday the 30th, at 7:30 p.m. , in one of the fields that are part of the event thanks to the network of football facilities of the Municipal Sports Foundation of Valencia, specifically the venue managed by CD Serranos in the old riverbed at the foot of the Torres de Serranos.
Pending confirmation in the coming weeks of the list of players who will participate in it, there are already confirmations of footballers such as Carmen Nebot, María Martí 'Trueno', Empar Broch, María Fernández, Ana Hernández 'Petit', Alicia Moreno, María José Casamayor 'Gullit', Ángeles Olmeda, Carmen or Mariví Simó, among others.
They will play a match that should be an example and reference for the girls and adolescents who will compete in the tournament, but at the same time it will be a tribute and recognition like every year to the soccer players who began to move the competitive wheel of women in soccer since the beginnings and over the years.
